<br /> de?�osited by the United St�tes of America, the petitioner, taith tne Clerk of the United
<br /> States District Court, in the Grand Isl�.nd Division, the sum of �13, 200. 00 as the estimated,
<br /> ,just compensatian for the taking of said Tract #5�, Cornhusker Ordnance Plant, pursu�nt to
<br /> said Declaration of '�aking.
<br />� And it further ap�earing to the Court tha.t on tne 5th day of August, 1942 tne sum of
<br /> �9, 900.00, same being 75� of the amount so deposited in the Re istry of the Court, ?ti*as
<br /> distributed to the o�aners of said tract, 1ea.ving a ��.�ance o� �3, 300.00 in tne Registry
<br /> of this Court.
<br /> And it furthPr appearin� that on the 22nd day of March, 19�1�, a Stipulation was entered
<br /> into by and bet�aeen Wilmer D.McGrath, guardian of Margaret Jean M�Grath, Betty Ann McGrath
<br /> a,nd Cha.rles Dean McGrath, minors and owners of said tract of land, and the United States
<br /> of A.m_erica, a�reeing that tne sum of �13, 200.00 withcut interest is tne ,just compensation
<br /> in full to be paid �y the United �tates for the ta.king and conc�emnation of the unencumbered �
<br /> fee simple title, sub,ject to existing easements for public roads and high�aays, - for public
<br /> utilities, for railroads and fo�^ pipe lines, to said Tract #5�; that said Stipulation is
<br /> on file in this Court, is rea.sonable, ,just and fair and sh�u1�. be ap�roved.
<br /> The Court further finds as to Tract #5� tn�t the report of tne Court Appraisers filed
<br /> herein on November 12, 1943 a��rarded as the market value and Juat compensation tne sum of
<br /> �13, 200.00, T,�hich is the same amaunt as the Stipulation filed herein, without interest,
<br /> an� is tnP amount to be paid to the o�aners for the taking of said tract of 1and.

<br /> Tne Court further finds th�t on the �Otn day of November, �9�+3 petitioner herein filed
<br /> . notice of apbeal and said notice of ap7�ea1 should be dismis�ed.
<br /> And it furthAr anpearing to the Court that no questi�n of tenancy arises herein; that
<br /> a11 mortVa.ge liens, if �ny, out�tanding contracts of sale, or real esta.te tax liens a.nd
<br /> tPnant cl�ims as of June 2, 1942 are �aid and satisfied.

<br /> vested in the United State4 of America.
<br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECR�ED that the stipulation afo;�esaid be and the
