<br /> breaches his �to�-enant set forth in paragra�h 16 hereof to deliver possession of the Premises

<br /> of such commission, percentage, brakerage, or contingent fees. This warranty �hall not

<br /> commercial or selling or rental �gencies maintained py the Lessor' foz' tne purpose of secur-

<br /> there are no promises, terms, conditions, or obligations referring to trle sub,ject matter other
