<br /> may mak� any and a]_1 repair�,both interior and exterior,necessary to keep the Premisesin
<br /> good order, condition,and r�pair,withou'� the cansent or approval by the Lessor.Upon tlie
<br /> surrender of the Premise� by the Government, it shall redecor�'Ge and./or repaint '�he vacant

<br /> IO.1Nhensever the wholE o�' said premises or any essential part tl�ereof shall be destroyed
<br /> by any cause v�hatsoever, 'Ghe Government has the right �znd privile�e to rebuild,reatore,or
<br /> repair said Premises or el�ct to termfinate 'Ghe lease.in. the event o� el.ection to terminate
<br /> this lease, the Government shall give notice in writing of intentlon to terminate to �h.e
<br /> Lessor v�ithin sixty ( 60) days after Uuch des'�ruction, in whole or in any ��sent�.al part,
