<br /> THIS INDENTURE, Made this 9th d�y of December, A. D. 1943, between Read A1ter,Acting agent

<br /> WITNESSETH, That 'the party of the first part has this day sold to the party of the
<br /> second part the following described propert,y to-wit: The Northeast Quarter of the

<br /> That I have been a resident of thie County for the past 15 years or more, tnat I am well
<br /> ' acquainted with Henry A. Rose grantee, whose name appears on Line �, of the attached abstract
<br /> and H.A. Rose, �rantor on line 5, that these a.re one and the same person.
<br /> That Carl Moeller, whose name ap.��ears as grantor in tnis property under the name of
<br /> ' Charles Moeller, Carl Moller and Carl Moeller, that these are one and the same party,
<br /> the same apx��aring as grantor in line l�, making war»anty d�ed to Louisa Lindlage.
