<br /> Governmc�r�t for the purpose of rebuilc�.in��;, restorin�, or repairin� the Premises,
<br /> 9. ThP GovPrr_men�, e�urin�; the term of �his Iease, s;�a11 t�ke .good c�re of the Premises,
<br /> and may makP any �nd all repair�, both interior and ex�erior, necessary to keep the Premises
<br /> i.n �ood order, condition, and rPpa.ir, without the consent or apx�roval of the Lessor. Upon
<br /> tne surrender of the PremisPS by the Governmerit, it sha.11 redecorate and�or repaint the
<br /> vac�nt �aortion of t:nP interior thereof.

<br /> by any c�use whatsoever, the Governmer�t has tne ri�nt and. privile�e to rebuild, restore, or
