<br /> 9. ihe Government, during the term of this lease, shal7. tal�e good care o� the Premises,and may
<br /> make any and all rep��.rs,both interior and exterior,neceasary to keep the Premise� in good
<br />�' order, condition,and repair,v�rithout the consent or approval of the Lessor.Upon the surrender
<br /> o�' the Premises by the Government, it shall redecorate and/or repaint the vacant portion of
<br /> the 3.nterior thereof.
<br />'r 10. Whenever the whole of said prer�ises or any essential part thereo�' shall be destroyed
<br /> by any cause whatsoever,the Government llas the right and privile�e to rebuild,restore,or
<br /> repair said Premises or elect to term�nate �he lease.In the event o� elec�ion to terminate
