<br /> THIS INDENTUKE, Made this 31st day oP August, 1g43, A. D. between A.E.Hauke, party of the

<br /> WITNESSETH, That the party oP the Pirst part has this day sold to the party of the second
<br /> part, the followin� described property, to-wit:

<br /> listed Reserve Corps under order to report for such service who may be prevented thereby

<br /> petition are true and that the plaintiff is the owner by title in Pee of the real estate

<br /> Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, and is entitled to a decree quieting his title against
<br /> all oP the defendants above named; that plaintiff and his predecessore in title have been
<br /> in open, notorious, exclusive, continuous and adverse possession of said real estate Por
<br /> more than ten years last past urior to the commencement of thia action, and durin� all oP
<br /> sald time ha.c� asserted title to said premises against all persons whomsoever and that
<br /> plaintiff is entitled to a decree quieting his title against all of the defend�.nts above
<br /> named.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the title of the
