<br /> of the Premises in the same eondition as said Premises were in at the time of execution oP

<br /> that the �overnment will not assume to make any such payments if the Leseor breaohea� his
<br /> covenant set forth in paragraph 16 hereof to deliver possesaion of the Premises on or before
