<br /> Joseph T.Votaua, United States Attorney in and for the District of Nebraska, and Charles
<br /> D.Hitch, Specia.l Attorney, United StatFS Dep�rtmPnt of Justice, attorneys for the petitioner
<br /> herein, to enter �judgment on the declaration of taking filed in the above entitled gause
<br /> on the 2Zst d�y oP June, �943, and for an order fixing the date when posseasion of the
<br /> prox�erty herein described is to be surrendered to the United States of America, and upon
<br /> consideration thereof, and of the condemnation r�etition filed herein, and thP atatutes in

<br /> anc� the public use for zahich said lands taer. e taken; that the Secretary of ��Ja,r i9 the person �
<br /> duly authorized and empo?�aered by law to �cauire lands such as are described in the petition
<br /> for tiie Uurpore of providing for the enlargement of an �,ir corps station, and for related
<br /> military purposes for use in connection with the est�blishmPnt of the Gr�nd Island Satellite
<br /> Airfield, Nebrask�, and for s�zch other uses as ma,y ��e authorized by �ongress or by Executive
<br /> Order, and are required for immediate use, a,nd that t'r�e Attorney Gener�l of the United States
<br /> is the ��erson authorized by law to direct the institution of such condemnation proeeeding.
<br /> FOURTH: That a uroper descriptlon of the lands sought to be ta.ken, sufficient for
<br /> identification thereof, is set out in said declaration of taking.

<br /> in the s��id l�ncis ta.ken for said publie use.
<br /> SIXTH: Tha.t a pla.t showing the lands taken is incorporated in said declar�.tion of

<br /> SEVENTH: That a statement is contained in Schedule 11A�� of said declaration of taking of
<br /> a sum of. monPy estimated by said acquiring authority to be �ust compensation for said lands
<br /> in the �.mount of. ��, 200.C�0, a.nd tr.at saicl s�_zm t�ras depogited 1n the Registry of this Court
<br /> for the use of the �ersons entitled thereto upon �,nd at the time of ttie filing of said deelar-

<br /> EIGHTH: `�ha.t a statement is contained in said declaration of taking that t:ne amount
<br /> oP the ultimate a��aard of compensation for the ta.king of said property in the opinion of the
