The aovernment may terminate thls lease at any time during the term thereof by <br /> givin� to the Lessor thirty (30) days� written notice oP such intention to terminate. The Government may assign or sublet all or any part of the Premises to tenants, <br /> oecupant�, or other persons whom it may select, and auch assignees or subleasees shall have <br /> such of the rights granted to the Government under this lease as the Qovernment may grant <br /> to such asslgnees or sublesseea. <br /> 13. The Lessor may put up "For Rent� signs fifteen �15) days prior to the termination <br /> by the Government of its tenanay. <br /> 14.
