<br /> of the Premis�s in the same condit3on as said Premis�e were in at the time oP executlon oP
<br /> this lease. It is further agreed and understood betwe�n the aovernment and the Lessor that
<br /> the Government will not assume to make any such payments if the Leasor breaches his .covenant
<br /> set Porth in paragraph 16 hereof to deliver possession oP the Premises on or �efore the Pirat
<br /> day of the term as specsified in paragraph 2 hereof.
