The aovernment may make such <br /> reaaonable va�tationa from, and modifieationa f.n, such p�ans and specitications originally <br /> ap�roved by the Lessar aa the Government deems necessary in the course of carrying out euch <br />' plans and speeifications. A11 sueh building, rebuilding, remodeling, reconditioning, re- <br /> habilitating, converting, changing, and altering of the Premiasa, and all additions, struc- <br />� tures and fixturea added to the premises by the Q�overnment, including utilities and roads, <br /> which are remaining thereon at the termination o2' this lease, however, aacompliahed, or <br /> when the Government begins reconversion of the Premises, aha.11 then beeom the propettty of <br /> the Lessor; and the Qovernment shall be under no obligation to restore op�econvert the <br /> Premiees to their condition at the time of the exeautlon of this leasez ra�vided, however, <br /> Th�.t in the event the aovernment determines to terminate this lease, exce `t where such <br /> termination is in pursuance of an eleotion made by the aovernment under t�ie provisions oP <br /> paragraph ZO hereof, and the conversi�n of the Premiees has been aetusl];y commeneed but <br /> has not been completed, the Government at its sole o�tiQn, before such termination becomes <br /> effective, sh�.11 either complete the conversion or res�e�re or reconvert said Premises to <br /> their condition at the time of the execution of this lease; and Provided Purther, That <br /> in the event this lease has been ��rminated, eucept where sueh termination is effeoted <br /> under the provisions oP paragraph 10 hereof, the Government shall restore -or reconvert <br /> sa,id Premises vahenever the chAn�;es and alterationa therein h�ve been of a temporary <br /> nature and have been designated as � such in the plane and s��eaif ications approved by the <br /> Leeeor.
