The Government may m�.k.e such <br /> � rea,eonable v�riations from, ancl modific�.tions in, such plans anc� specifications ori�inally <br /> �pproved by the Lesgor as the Gc�vernment deems necessary in the course of carryin� out euch <br /> � plang a.nc�. apecifica�ions.
