<br /> 16. The Lessor expressly covenants and agrees to deliver possession oP the Premises
<br /> to the Government free of occupancy by any t�nant or any other person on or bePore the
<br /> firat day of the term oP this lease.
<br /> 17. `�'his lease shall be bindin� upon the Lessor, his (her� (its) ( their) heira, execu-
<br /> tors, administr�.tors, grantees, successors, and assigns.

<br /> 18. No Member of or Delegate to the Congress or Resider�t Coramissioner sha11 be admitted
<br /> to any sh�;re or p�Y't of this contr�ct or agreement, or to any benefit to arise thereupon.
<br /> 19. Notwithstanding any provisions of this lease to the contrary, it is agreed and
<br /> underetood between the Government and the Lessor that the Government ��ill not make any
<br /> payments outlined in any paragraph hereof until the Lesaor delivere to �kie Government
<br /> fu11. possession of the Premises in the same condition as said Premises were in at the
<br /> time o�f execution of this lease. It ia furt�er agreed and understood between the
<br /> Government and the Lessor that the Govern ment will not assume to make any such payments
<br /> if the Lessor breaehea hie covenant set forth in paragraph 16 hereof to deliver poasession
<br /> � of the Premises on or bePore the Pirst day of the term as speciPied in paragraph 2 hereoP.
<br /> � Sehedule here the character of �itle or interest which the Lessor claims to have in the
<br /> demised Premises, which interest is required to be such as will insure to the aovernment,
<br /> upon its ma.king all payments Por which it is obligated under this lease, undisturbed pos-
<br /> session of the Premises for a period of not less than seven (7) years.

<br /> restrictive covenants, Zoning regulations, and any defects in title whatsoever.
<br /> ' 20. The Lessor warrants that he (she) �it) ( they) has�have not employed any person to
<br /> solicit or secure this lease upon any agreement for a commission, percentage, brokerage, or
<br /> contingent fee. Breach of this warrarrty sh�ll give the Government the ri�ht to annul this
<br /> lease or in its discretion to deduct from any amount paya.ble to the Lessor the suz� of sucb
<br /> commission, percentage, brokerage, or contin�ent f ees. This warranty ahall not apply to
<br /> commissions payable by the Lessor upon contracts made th.rough bo��a Pide established com-
<br /> mercial or selling or rental agencies maintained by the Lessor for the purpose of securing
<br /> business. �
<br /> 21. �t is agreed that this lease embodies the R,rhole agreement oP the parties, and that
<br /> there are no promises, terms, conditions, _ or obli�a.tlons referrl�ig �o the sub,�ect matter
<br /> other than those contained herein.
