<br /> 15. All notices provided for by this lease may be given by regular mail addressed

<br /> prepaid pos tage at � Fi.O.L. C. , W.0.�l. Huilding, Omaha, Nebraska, sub�ect to t he right
<br /> of either the Lessor or the Government to designate by notice in writing a new addresa
<br /> to which said noticea must be sent.
<br /> 16. The Lessor expressly covenants and agrees to deliver possession of the Premiaes
<br /> to the C�overnment free of occupancy by any tenant or any other person on or before the
<br /> first d�y of the term of this lease.
<br /> 17. This lease shall be binding u�on the Lessor, his (her� �its) �the�r) heirs, executors,
<br /> adr�ainistr�.tors, grantees, successors, and assigna.
<br /> 1�. No Member of or Delegate to the Congress or Resident Commiesioner ahall be
<br /> admltted to any sh�.re or part of this contract or a�reement, or to any benefit to arise
<br /> thereupon. �
<br /> 19. Notwithstanding any provisions of �his lease to the contrary, it is agreed and
<br /> understood between the aovernment and the Leasor th�,t the Government w311 not inake any
<br /> payments outlined 3n any paragraph hereof until the Leasor delieere to the C�overnment
<br /> fu11 possession oP the Pre�ises in the same condition as said, Premisee were in at the time
<br /> of execution of this lease. It is further agreed and understood between the aovernment
<br /> and the Lessor that the aovernment will not assume to make any euch payments if the Lessor
<br /> breaches his covenant se� forth in paragraph 16 hereoP to deliver posaession of the premises
<br /> on or before the flrst day of the term as specified in paragraph 2 hereof.

<br /> to solicit or aecure this lease upan any agreement for a commission, percentage, brc�kerage,
<br /> or eontingent fee. Breach oP this warranty shall give the �overnment the right to annul
<br /> this lease or in its disoretion to deduct from any amount payable to the Lessor the sum
<br /> of such commisalon, percentage, brokerage, or contingent Peea. This warranty ahall not
<br /> apply to commissions payable by the Leasor upon contracts made through bona fide established
<br /> eommereial or selling or rental agencies maintained by the Leasor for the purpose of se-
<br /> curing business.� .
<br /> 21. rt is a�reed that this lease embodies the whole agreement of the parties, and that
<br /> there, are no promises, terms, �onditions, or 3bligatione referrin� to the sub�ect m�.tter
<br /> other than those contained herein.
