Whenever trle whole of said premises or any essential part thereof shall be destroyed <br /> by any cause wha.'tsoever, the Government has the ri�ht and privile�e to rebuild, re�tore, or <br /> repair s�ic� Premises or elect to terminate the lea.se. In the event of election to terminate <br /> this lease, the Government sh�ll give notice in writing of intention to terminate to the <br /> 3�essc��+ ••rithin sixty ( 60) c�ays �fter such destruction, in whcle or in any essential part, <br /> �.nd the insta.11ment of rent pay�.ble for tre period durin� �ahich the termination occurs shall � <br /> be �arorated. � <br /> 11. The Government may terminate 'Ghis lease at any time c�uring the term thereof by <br /> �ivin� to the Lessor thirty ( 30) d�ys� written notice of such intention to terminate. The Government may assign or aj�blet all or a.ny part of ths Premises to ten�.nts, <br /> occupants, or other person� whom it m�,y select, and such assi�nees or sublessees shall have <br /> such of the rights granted to the Government under this le�.se as the Government may grant <br /> ta such as�ignees or sublessees. <br /> 13.
