<br /> This contract made and entered into on this 31st da.y of March, 1943, by and between
<br /> George W.Black, party of the first part, and John E. Latham, party of the second part,
<br /> ' WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part has this day sold to the party of the second
<br /> part the following described premises, to-wit:
<br />' Lot 1'hree �3) in Block Thirty-two t32) in Packer & Barr' s �econd Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, N'ebraska.
<br /> and the party of the second paxt has agreed to pay the purchase price oP ��350.00, �450.00
<br /> ca.sh upon the signing of this agreement, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
<br /> party of the first part, and the balance oP the said purchase price to be paid at the rate
<br /> of �25.00 per month, first �a.yment to be made upon the first day of May, 19�+3, and �25.00
<br /> on the first day of each and every month thereafter until the entire purchase price is
<br /> pai�.; if said pr�yments are paid on the dates specified, no interest shall be charged;
<br /> however, if payments are delinquent, the said balance of the purchase price shall draw

<br /> to his assigna clear and free of all encum��rancE; however, the party of the second part is
<br /> to pay a.11 taxes and special assessments, water rents from the date of signin� of this
<br /> agreement. Possession of said premises to be given as soon as possible; however, in accord-
