<br /> may change the number of living units in the Prer�ises and attach �ixtures thereto,and
<br /> ma.ke any and all improvements thereto, including utilities and roads,at the expense oP
<br /> the Government;Prov�.ded,�owever, that these rights may be exercised in accordance with
<br /> plans and specif ications submitted to and approved ir� writing by t�le Lessor. jhe Govern-
<br /> ment may make such reasonable variations from,a}zd modifications in, such plans and specif-
<br /> ications as originally approved by the I�essor,as the Government deems necessary 3.n the
<br /> course of carrying out such plans arid specifications.All such building,rebuild.ing,remod-
<br /> eling,reconditioning, rehabiiitating, converting, changing,and altering of the Premises,and
<br /> all a�dditions, structures, and f ixtures added to the Prer�ises by the Government,3:ncluding
<br /> utilities and roads,and remaining thereon at the terniina.�ion of this lease or when the
<br /> Government begins reconversion oP the Premises, shall then become the proper�y of the
<br /> Lessor,and the Government shall be under no obligation to restore or reconvert the Premises
<br /> to their condition at the time o�' the execution of this lease.Except that when ever the
<br /> Governrient deems it impossible or undesirable because of the end of the emergency to ca,rry
<br /> out substantially the irnprovenents agreed to between the Lessor and the Government, the
<br /> Government will so notiPy the Lessor in writing,and if the Lessor requests in writing
