<br /> Philophena Danner,re�erved a life estate in and to said premises,and aflf iant positively
<br /> knows of his own personal knowledge that said Philophena Danner, departed this life on the
<br /> 15 day of October,192�, �hat �ie prepared her body for burial, and that her remains were �

<br /> WHFREAS, it is the desire, of tne aforesaid owner oP said B�tter Homea Subdivision to

<br /> NO�T, Therefor�, in consideration of the mutual benefit of the said Better Homes subdivision
<br /> and any purchaser or purchasers, there heirs, adminlstrators, and ass�.gns, it is atipulated
