<br /> VPHEREAS,�n the 2gth,day of Januar�,1942,a certain oil and gas mining lease was made and
<br /> entered into by and between C.H.Kemptar and Elpha Kemptar,hia wife,Lessor,and J.A.Rowland
<br /> Leasee, coverin� the following described land and situate in the County oP Hall and State
<br /> of Nebraska, to-wit:

<br /> North V�est quarter oY Section Seventeen (17) , the South Half of the 5outh Ea�t �i,iarter oP

<br /> Said lease being recorded 1n the office of the Register of Deeds in and Por said County
<br /> in Book T Page 621,and, WHEREAS,J.A.Ro�vland under the terma o� said lease �as the right to
<br /> $urrender said lease at ariy time after the expiration of one year from date thereof'.

<br /> the premises and the exereieee oP his said right under said lease,does hereby release all
