<br /> the follo��aing described land situate in the �ounty of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-*�rit:

<br /> containing 160 acres, more or less.
<br /> Said lease being recorded in the office of the Register of Deeda in and for said ��unty

<br /> WHEREAS, J.A.Rowland uncler the terms of said lease, has the right to surrender said
<br /> lease at any time after the expiration of one year from date thereof.
