<br /> WHEREAS, On the 31st day of January, 1943, a certain oil and gas mining lease was made
<br /> and entered into by and between Wesley E. �orensen and Helen Sorensen, his wiPe, and Lillie
<br /> M.Hulett, a widoi�, Lessor, and J.A.Rowland, Lessee, coverin; the followin� described land
<br /> situate in the County of Hall, anr� state of �ebraska, to-wit :

<br /> taining 154 acres, more or less. ,
<br /> said lease being recorded in the offiee of the Regiater oP Deeds in and for said County

<br /> i ��THEREAS, �.A.Rowland under the terms of' said lease,has the right to surrender said lease
<br /> at any time after the expiration of one year from da.te thereo�.
<br /> NOW, T�iEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN HY THESE PRESEiVTS, That J.A.Rotaland, for and in consideration
<br /> of the premises and the exercises of his said right under said lease, does hereby release
<br /> all his rights under said lease, �.nd tha.t he hae removed all personal property from said
