<br /> I, Grover C.Raven, being first daly sworn, on my oath depose and say that I am Vice
<br /> President of The State Bank of Cairo at Cairo, Nebraska, and have been an oPPicer of sa.id
<br /> banking inatitution for more than tT�enty years last past; that I am personally well ac-
<br /> quainted with the Southwest Quarter of the southwest Quarter (SW�sW�) of 3ection Twenty-
<br /> two (22), in Tow nship Eleven �11) North, Range Twelve t12� , West of the 6th P,M. , and have
<br /> known said land for more than thirty years last pa.st; that I am personally well acquainted
<br /> with Ernin C.Shultz who, with his wife Carrie Ethel Shultz, conveyed said premises by war-
<br /> ranty deed dated September 4, 1940, to Ella B.Vgeder, which deed is recorded in Book 77 of
<br /> Deeds at page 613 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> have known said Ervin C. Shultz for more than twenty years last past; that said Ervin E.
<br /> ShuTtz zaas a nephew oP Carl P.Miller who died at his residence in Hall County, �te�braska,
<br /> on May 25, 1932, and that I personally knBw said Carl. P.Miller for more that ten years
<br /> prior to the date of his deat�i; that tn.e Irvin Shultz named in paragraph 9th of the Last
<br /> Will and Testament of said Carl P.Miller, whieh Last ��Jill and Testament was duly admitted
<br /> to proba.te by the County Judge of the Probate Court of Ha.11 County, Nebraska, on July 14,
<br /> 1932, and the Irvin Shu1tZ named in the Final Decree entered by the County Juage of the
<br /> County Court oP Ha11 County, Nebraska, on March 15, �93�+, in the Ma,tter o2' the Estate of
<br /> Carl P.Miller, deceased, in �he County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, are the one and
<br /> identical person as the Ervin C. Shultz named as one of the grantors 1n said warranty deed
<br /> recorded in Book 77 at page 613 of the deed records in the offlce of the Register oP Deeda
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, irreapective of the discrepa ncy in the spelling of said names.
