<br /> resided in Hall �ounty, Nebr�.ska, and that he knows, of his own personal knowledge, that
<br /> Mar �eville was the owner oP the north half of the sou'thwest quarter oP Section Twelve
<br /> (12�, Townahip Ten (10) , Range Twelve �12) �est of 6th P.M. , in Hall 'County, Nebraska,
<br /> and that he, as attorney, re�resented her in �. foreclosure suit in the District Court of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Ha.rry S.Eaton, of Wood River, Nebraska, �oreclosed a

<br /> of Patrick Crean, a�d that she acquired title to the aforesaid real �state under and
