<br /> and knowrof my otan knowledge that said Conrad Ross,Jr. , was my father; that his wife was

<br /> as the wife of Conrad Ross, were all one and the same person, irrespective of the discrepancy
<br /> in saia n�mes, and were anc� are in f�.ct my mother Anna Katherine Ross, ar�d the Conrad Ross
<br /> and the Conrad Ross, Jr. , described in a11 of the above-mentioned instruments arid who
<br /> executed the sar�e, w�,s my father and �ras one ar:d the sa.me �erson, irrespective af the
<br /> discrep��cy in the writing of sa.id names.
<br /> Affiant further states that he was personally well acquainted with Frederich J.Meissner
<br /> wno, with Mar�aretha Meissner, took title to the above-described real estate by warranty
<br /> deed on May l�, 191�, recorded in Book 56 at page 210 of the Deed RPCOrds in the office
<br /> of the Register oP Deeds of Ha.11 County, Nebraska, and who conveyed said real estate to
<br /> Henry Loebsaek by warranty deed dated May �+, 1935, and reco-rded in Book 73 at p�.ge �34 of
<br /> 'the Deed Records in. the office of the Register of �eeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br /> Frederick J.Meissner and that said Frederich J.Meissner and Frederick J.Meissner are one
<br /> and the same persons, ir.respective of the discrepancy in the spelling of said names.
