<br /> Plant, Grand Island,Nebraska, and for such otner usea as may be authori2ed by �3ongress or by

<br /> hereto and made a part hereof and is a description of part oP the same lands described in
<br /> the petition in the above-entitled eause.
<br /> 3. �he estate taken for said nublic uaes is the full Pee simple title thereto, sub,�ect
<br /> however, to existing easements for nublic roads and highr�ays, for �ublic utilities, for
<br /> railroare and for pipe lines.
<br /> 4. A pl�n showing the lands taken is annexec� hereto as Schedule "B" and r�ade a part
<br /> hereof.
<br /> 5. The su�► estimated by me as �ust compensation for said land, with all buildings and
<br /> improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereto, anA�including any and all interests
<br /> hereby taken in said lands is set forth in Schedule herein, which sum I cause to be
<br /> deposited herewith 1n the �egistry oP said Court for the use and benefi,t of the persons
<br /> entitled thereto. I am of the opinion that the ultimate awaxd for said. lands will pr.obably
<br /> be within any limits prescribed by law as the price to be paid therefor.
