<br /> (b) The public uses for which s�.id lands are taken are as follows:
<br /> The said landa are necessary adequately to provide Por an ordnance m�nitions plant, and
<br /> for other military purposes incident thereto. The said lands have been se�.ected by me for
<br /> acquisition by the United States for use in connection with �the eetablishment of the Corn-
<br /> husker Ordnance Pla.nt, Grand Island,Nebrask�., and for such other uses as may be authQ�.ized
<br /> by Congress or by Execut3�re Order, and are required for immediate use. �
<br /> 2. A general deseription of the lands being ta.ken is set forth in $ehedule "A" attached
<br /> hereto and made a part hereof and is a de$cription of the same lands described in the
<br /> petition in the above-entltled cause. {
<br />� 3 The estate taken for said public usea is the full fee s.imple title thereto; scrb�j:ect
<br />' however, to existing easements fo,� public utilities, for railroads and Por pipe linesx�
<br /> 4. A plan showing the lands is annexed hereto as Schedule �BN and made a part hereof.
