<br /> First� That the United States of America is entitled '�o acquire property by eminent domain
<br /> Por tFie purposes as set out and prayed in said Petition;
<br /> gecond: �'ha.t a petition in condemnatlon was filed at the request oP the Secretary of
<br /> War, the authority empowered by 1aw to acquire the lands described in said Petition, and
<br /> also under authority of the Attorney General of the United Statea:
<br /> Third: That said Petition and Declaration of Taking state the authority under which,
<br /> and the public use Por which said lands were taken, that tk�e Secretary of War is the person
<br /> duly authorized and empowered by 1aw to acquire lands such as are described in the Petition
<br /> for the purpose of providin� for an or8nance munitions plant and for other military pu�posea
<br />, incident thereto, as authorized by law, and that the Attorney (�eneral of the United Sta�es
<br /> is the person authorized by law to direct tne institution oP such condentnation proaeeding;
<br /> F'ourth: That a proper description oP th� Iand sought to be taken, sufficient for iden�-
<br /> tiPication thereoP, is se�G out in said Decl�.ration of Taking;
<br /> Fifth: That . aaid Deelaration oP Taking contains a statement of the eatate or interest
<br /> in the said lands taken for said public use;
<br /> �ixth: That a plat ehowin� the lands taken is incorporated in said Declaration of

<br /> Seventh: That a statement is contained in said Declaration oP Taking of a sum oP money,
<br /> es'Cimated by said aaquiring authority to be Just compensation for said lands, in the amount
<br /> of �7, 97�.00, and that said sum was deposited in the Registry of thls Court, Yor the uae oP
<br /> the persona entitled �hereto, upon and at the time of the filing oP said Declaration of

<br /> Eighth: That a statement is contained in said Declaration �f Taking that the amount
<br /> of the ultimate awar8 of compensation for �he taking oP said property, in the opinion
<br /> of the said Secretary of War will be within any limits preseribed by �on�;rese as to thp .

<br /> ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the title to said land in fee simple absolute sub�eet
<br /> however, to e��isting easements for public roads and highways, Por public� utillties, for
<br /> railroada, and for pipe lines, vested in the United Sta'Ges of America upon the filt�r� of said
<br /> Declaration oP Taking, and the depoaiting in the Registry of this Court of the amount of es-
<br /> timated ,just compensation, which said land situated in Hall County, Nebraska, is more par-
<br /> ticularly described as followa:
