<br /> 5eptember, 1942, term of The District Court of Ha11 County, Nebr�ska, came the plaintiff
<br /> in person and being represented by Wm. P.I�?ul.len, her attorney, �.nd the defendant still
<br /> failin� to anstaer, demur or otherti�rise plead, was thrice solemialy callPd in open court
<br /> and came not, but made def�.ult t�nd it appearin� to tne Court th��.t defendant had been
<br /> duly notified of the filing and pendency of this suit, he having entered his volunta.ry
<br /> appearance herein; it is hereby ord_ered that his default be entered herPin and that
<br /> the fa.ets stated in plaintiff' s petition by ta.ken as true against him.
<br /> This ct�use coming on further for hearing was gubmitted to the Court upon the }�leadings
<br /> a.nd the evidence of' tne plaintiff and her witness, and the Court upon consideration thereof
<br /> finds that the plaintiPf at the time of the filin� of her petition had been a bona-fide
<br /> resident of the State of Nebraska fo� more tha.n two years l�a.st past immediately proceeding
<br /> the commencement of thi.s action and was at the time a bona-fide resident oP the County of
<br /> Hall, an�. that thP parties hereto were rnarried at Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska on
<br /> the 7th d�y of �uly, 1g4�, as in sa.id petition set forth.
<br /> The Court P�irther finds frcm tne evidenee adduced that the defend�.nt, disregarding his
<br /> marital �tuties and obligations, and althou�h bein� a strorig able-bodied man, has grossly,
<br /> wantonly and cruelly f�.iled, neglected and refused to provide the plain�iff with the

<br /> marria�e, ?aas tne owner in fee simple title to t'r_e followir.g described real estate situate
<br /> in Hall County, Nebr�ska, viz ; The Westerly Forty-four, of Lot Four t�+) , in Block Fifty-
<br /> one � 51) in P�.ekard �nd B�,rr' s second addition to the City of Grand I�land, H�,11 County,
<br /> Nebr�ska; and tha.t the defendant had no interest in s�.id �roperty other than as the spouse
<br /> of s�,id plaintiff, and that the title to said x�ro��erty should be quieted in said plaintiPf.
<br /> The Court furtner finds th<�t there are no children issue of the said mar-ria.ge and tha.�
<br /> plaintiff ' s former n�ame was Alt�, Kr. ehmke, anc� tnat s�id d.efendant is not engaged in the
<br /> military or nav�1 serviees of the United States but is en�aged in a civilian occupation.
<br /> :IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGFD AND DECREED by the Court that tne marriage contract
<br /> heretofore existing between Alta Bush an� william E. Bush be, and the �ame is hereby dis-
<br /> solved and both of' sai� parties are wholly rFle�sed from the obligations of same, said
<br /> decree to t�ke efiect �,nd be in f'orce six months from this date, to wit : April l, 1943,
<br /> unless set aside or a�pealed fi�e�m.
<br />� I`� I� FURTHF'R ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court tnat the real estate hereinbefore
<br /> described belonged to said plain�iff prior to her marriage to said defendant anci that the
