<br /> as Pollows : If the power line poles are used, then the �rant of easement for tne light
<br /> and power line sh��ll include telephone linP. If the power line poles are not used, then
<br /> th� easement for the construction, repair and maintenance of the telephone line shall con-
<br /> tain the provision that the said line aha11 be placed along the Westerly line of said Lots
<br /> 1 and 2, and whether running Prom 15th Street to serve all three properties or from the
<br /> alley to serve all three properties. .
<br /> This easement sha11 be bindin�; upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors,
<br /> administratcrs and assigns of �ach and all of us.
<br /> The purpose of this easement shall be to grant �o e�,ch one of the three properties
<br /> access to sewer, gas, water, electric light and power and t�lephone across the propertie�

<br /> Islancl; that her P�.ther, Christopher B�uer, was a farmer until about the year 1921, when
<br /> said Christopher Bauer and Lydia Bauer, parents of aPfiant, moved to �Trand Island, �ebraska,
<br /> a.nd thPn purehased Lot �- in �1ock 15 in �allichs � Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, and also described as 1219 West 7th �treet; th�t sa.id Christopher Bauer a.nd
<br /> Lydia Bauer oecupied said premises as their home tzntil the death oY Christopher Bauer on
<br /> May 11, i93o, a.nd that said Lydia �auer continue� to reside in said residence property
<br /> until her death on July 22, 1�41. That neither the s<�.id Christopher Bauer nor the said
<br /> Lydia Bauer ever owned any other real estate in the city of Grand Ysland, and that said
<br /> residence ?aas occupied by them as their home as aPoresaid.

<br /> sland, Hall County, Nebraska; that Christopher Bauer died on the 11th day of May, 1930,
