<br /> made application to the ebraska Loan & Trust Company of �*rand 1sland, Nebraska, for a
<br /> loan on tne premises described below, and in consideration of the said Trust Company making
<br /> said lo�n and for other good arid valuable consideration, rec�ipt whereof is hereby acknow-
<br /> led�ed, do hereby assi�n and transfer to sa.id Nebraska Loan & Trust Company as additional
<br /> seeurity for said loan on the rents, income and progits arising out of the premises des-

<br /> �aid Cornpany may, in its discretion, use said rents for the payment of sa.id loan or the
<br /> accrued interest therPOn or delinquent taxes or payment of insurance premiums aa it may
<br /> deem best. � �
<br /> We, hereby authorize and em�ower the Nebraska Loan & Tru.�t Company, its officers, �
<br /> agents or Attorneys to act �or us in the collection of the rent from all of said
<br /> premises and to recei�t for said rent and to agree upon the prices of the rental to be
<br /> paid, and look after the renting of said premises.
<br /> IT IS FURTHER AGREE➢ That if the undersigned assi�n4rs or their suecessors, occupy G"
<br /> said premises during the existence of said lo�.n, the �.asignPe shall h�ve the same rights �
<br /> of forfeiture, e,�ectment for forcible en'�ry and d�tainer and guch other actions as it �
<br /> would have against any tenant occupying said premises and havin� no interest thereir�.
<br /> The Trust Cornpany may have the right to walve the colleetion of any part of said rent
<br /> and if it does so, it shall not bP construed as con�tituting , a reli.nquishment of any of
<br /> the rights given under this assi�nment, but said rights may be exercised at any time �
<br /> said Trust Company dearns it advisable to do so and said right� sha11 continue so long
<br /> as tne mort�a.ge or interest or any part thereof r�mains a lien againat said premises.
<br /> IT IS FURTHEH AGREED THAT THE said Trust Com�any shall not be liable for the loas
<br /> of the collection of any rents and said Company is only required to use reasona,ble dili-
<br /> gence in collecting said rents and in the manag�rnen'� of said property. The Trust Comp�.ny
<br /> shall have the right to deduet from said ren'Gs a fair and 'reasonable compensation such
<br /> as expeMSe, �ourt costs, and co.11ection eosts, which are incurred during the term o�
<br /> this assignment and after deducting for the services, �ourt co�ts and other expenses
<br /> incurred, the balance shall be a�x�lied to the pa��ment of the balance due on said loan,
<br /> or interest, or taxes, or insura.nce premiums in the ma,nner in which sa3.d Trust Company
<br /> shall deem best.
<br /> This assignment sha,ll be irrevocable and shall remain in force until the above
<br /> described loan and interest, delinquent taxes and insur�nce premiums thereon shall be
<br /> paid, and until said mortgage is satisfied in full and released.
