<br /> I, Othman A.Abbott, a Single man, of Ha11 County, Nebraska, having heretofor made application
<br /> �o the Nebraska Loa.n & Trust Company o�' Grand Island, Nebraska, P.or a. loan on the premises
<br /> described below, and ino�nsideration of the said Trust Company making said loan and for
<br /> other good and valuable consid.eration, receipt whereo� ie hereby acknowledged, do hereby
<br /> assign anc� transfer to �aic�. Nebraska Loan & Trust Company as additional security for said
<br /> loan on the rents, income and prefits arising out of the premises described as follows,
<br /> to-wit :
<br /> Lot Four (4) , in Block Eighty-five ( F�5) , of the Ori�inal Town, now City, of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> This assignment oP rents is made for the express purpose of having said income from the said �
<br /> premises ap�lied to the repayment of the above described loan and the interest thereon,
<br /> delinquent taxes, and insura.nce premiums which may be charged against the above premises.
<br /> Said Company may, in its discretion, use said rents for the payment of said loan or the � ,
<br /> accrued interest thereon or delinquent taxes or payment of inaurance premiuma as it may
<br /> deem beGt. �
<br /> We, hereby authori�e a.nd empower the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company, its officers, agenta or �
<br /> Attorneys to act for us in the collection of the rent from all of said premises and to
<br /> receipt for said rent and to a�ree upon th� prices of the rer.tal to be paid, and look after �
<br /> the ren'Ging of said prem�ses.
<br /> TT IS FUR'I'HER AGREED, That if the undersigned assignors or their successors, occupy said �
<br /> premises during the existence of said loan, the Assignee, shall have the same rights of
<br /> forfe9.ture, e,jectment for forcible entry and detainer and such other actions as it would
<br /> have against any tenant occupying said premises and havin� no interest therein. �
<br /> The Tru�t Company may ha.ve the rignt to waive thP collection of any part oP said rent and N
<br /> if it does so, it shall not be construed as constitutin� a relinquishment of any of the �
<br /> rights given under this assignment, but said rights may be exercised at any time said
<br /> Truat Company deems it advisable tc do so and said rights shall continue so long as the
<br /> mortgage or interest or any part thereof remains a lien againet said premiseB.
<br /> IT IS FliRTHER AGREED that �he said Trust Company shall not be liable for the loss of the
<br /> collection of any rents and said Company is only required to use reasonable dillgence in
<br /> collecting said rents and in the m�.nagement of said property. The Trust Compan y shall ha,ve
<br /> the right to deduct from said renta a fair and reasonable compensation such as expense,
<br /> Court ecsts, and eolleetion costs, which are ina�rred during the term of this assignment
<br /> and after deducting for the services, Court costs and other expenses incurred, the balance shall
<br /> be ap�lied to the payment of the balance due on said loa.n, or interest, or taxea, or insur-
<br /> anee premiums in the manner in which said Trust Company ahall deem best.
<br /> This assignment shall be irrevocable and shall remain in force until trie above described
<br /> loan and interest, delinquent taxes and insurance premiums thereon shall be paid and until
<br /> said mortgage is satlsfied 3.n full and released.
