<br /> personal knowledge tnat Equit�,ble Bldg. & Loan Assocn. and The Equitable �uilding and Loa�

<br /> Deed conveying the a'pove described premises, which deed bears date of July 11, 1£59�, and
<br /> is recorded in Book 24 at Page 4�� of the Deed Records of Hall County, ldebraska, and affia.�t
<br /> positively knows of his own personal knowledge that H.H.Paine, and Bayard H. Paine , are one
<br /> anc� t�e same person notwit�istanding the diserepaney in names.
<br /> Affiant f�arther states that he was well anc� personally acquainted with �liver D.Wright,
<br /> the grantee in �. certain Warranty Deed eonveyin� the above described premises, which deed
<br /> bears date of May 22, 1905, and is rPcorded in Book 36 at Page 432 of the Deed Records of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, �.nd with 0111ver D.Wright, whose estate was administered in the
<br /> County court oP Hall County, Nebraska, and affiant positively knows of' rii� own peraonal
<br /> knowledge that Oliver D.Wright and 011iver D.�dri�ht�rere one and the same iaentical �erson;
<br /> notwitnstanding the discrepaney in names.
<br /> And affiant further says that he has been well acquainted with Lot 1 in Block 16 in
<br /> Arnold, and Abbott � s Addition ta the City of �rand Island, NEbraska, for more than thirty
