<br /> positively knows of his own personal knowledge that H.H.Paine, and Bayard H. Paine , are one
<br /> anc� t�e same person notwit�istanding the diserepaney in names.

<br /> the grantee in �. certain Warranty Deed eonveyin� the above described premises, which deed

<br /> County court oP Hall County, Nebraska, and affiant positively knows of' rii� own peraonal
<br /> knowledge that Oliver D.Wright and 011iver D.�dri�ht�rere one and the same iaentical �erson;
