<br /> taxes, r�ssessments and installments of assessments, and otner charges including all genera.l
<br /> taxes fo .r tne yea,r 1942 and all installments of special assessments beCom�n� delinquent on
<br /> February 17, 1942, anc� a.11 subsequent taxes, �ssessments and installments of assessments,
<br /> and other levies, encumbrances, costs and charges which may affect tne title to or the use
<br /> or en�joyment of said z�roperty or this instrument or tne indebtedness hereby evideneed and
<br /> secured, wnether or not the same constitute liens or encumbrances upon said property; and
<br /> Buyer snall immediately deliver to Seller upon demand receipts or certificates satisfactory
<br /> to Seller evidencing such payment. Buyer covenants and agrees hereby to provide, maintain
<br /> in full force �,nd effect at his o?an expense, a.nd del.iver �romptly to Seller such poli,cy or
<br /> pol.icies of insurance coverin�; said proberty �s Seller may from tiMe to time require, satis-
<br /> f�ctory in all r�spects to Seller and with loss p�.yable to Seller. Buyer shall also
<br /> promptly assi��n and deliver to Seller, if required by it, all other insurance policies now
<br /> or hereafter iSSUed cahich cover any of tne buildin.,;s a:�d improvements on s�id property.
<br /> Without limiting, imp�,iring or modifying Buyer ' s agre?.mpnt to x�ay the items and provide
<br /> the insurance mentic�ned in the next preceding paragraph hereof, and in order tQ provide '
<br /> me�,n5 for the due performance ther•eof, Buyer covenants a,nd agrees hereby to remit to Seller,
<br /> at the several times when Buyer is obligated to make payments of interest and/or principal
<br /> hereunder or at such othex� times as Se11er may require, additional funds in an amount equal
<br /> to at lease one-twelfth ('1-12) of the annual amount which Seller shall from time to time
<br /> estimate to be necessary to pa.y �he whole or any part of the items Pollowing, or such of
