<br /> improvements or eauipment, Lessee may, at its option, cancel this lease or, Lessee shall
<br /> nave the right, at its option, to repair or replace said station, b��ildings, improvements
<br /> or equipmenb, and shall have a lien on said. r�rernises for all surns expended for such replace-
<br /> ments and may, in addition to all other remedies, apply accruing rentals to the cost of said
<br /> renla.cements until fully reimbursed for the expense of making such replacements, and if
<br /> ap��lic�ti�n �f �ccruing rentals fail_s to fully reimburse Lessee prior to termination of the
<br /> primary term or ex�ension hereof, then tnis lea.se sna11 a.t the option of Lessee be extended
<br /> for such a period as may be necessary for Lessee to be fully reimbursed by application of

<br /> 13. Lessee srlall h�ve t��ie rig�t to aGGign tnis lease or to sublet the premises hereby
<br /> leased, in ��hole or in �a.rt, at a.ny time during the term of this lease or any extension or
<br /> renewa.l tllereof without obtain ing tY�e consent of Lessor. Trie subletting of said premises
<br /> sh�all not relPase the LesseP from it5 obligations to pay rentals as hereinabove provided;
