<br /> Beginnin� at a point on the west line of the said Ea.st Half (E2) of the Northwest
<br /> Qua.rter (N'W�) , approxlmately 137.0 Peet south of t��e north Pence line thereof; thence in
<br /> a northeasterly direction, a distance of apbroximately z63b.0 feet, to a point on the eas'G
<br /> line of the said 'West Ha1f (W�) of the Northeast Qu�rter (NE�) , appro�imately 15.2 feet

<br /> The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District, its eontractors, officers,
<br /> agents, and employees are, by these presents, granted the rignt at any tir�e to enter upon
<br /> the above described premises to construct, operate, replace, repair and maintain the elec-
<br /> trical transmission line above described, and to remove and keep removed, all trees, hedg�s
<br /> �znd �hrubs wlthin thirty ( 30)� feet of the center line of saicl tranemisslon line and to trim
<br /> or remove and keep trimmed or removed parts of any other �rees that is necesaary to insur�
<br /> the safety of said transmission line.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto THE CENTRAL NEBRASKA PUBLIC POWER AND IRRIGATION
<br /> DISTRSCT and �'�o its successors and assigns forever.
<br /> The �rantors do hereby covenant with the sald grantee that they are the owners of the
<br /> real estate and have good and lawful right to se11 the same.
