<br /> Hargens who departed �his life at her home in Grand Island, Nebraska, on March 25, 1941, an;d
<br /> a.t the time of her death was the awner of' the following deacribed re�1 estate, to-wits
<br /> �ou�h xalf of the Northeast Quarter (S�NE�) of Section �hirty-five t35) in �ownship Twelve�
<br /> ( 12) North,Range Twelve (12) , West of the. 6th P.M. in Hall County Nebraska; that prior to'
<br /> her dPa.th, I was well acquainted for many years with said Amelia �argens and am w�ll ae-
<br /> ' quainted wi'Gh the above-described real estate and have been familiar with the same for more
<br /> than ten years l�.st pas�; that said Arnelia xar�;ens was the widow of John Hargens, also some
<br /> times known as Johann xargens, being one and the same �ersons as the Johann Aargens named
<br /> in the real estate mortga.ges recorded in Book 63 a� p�.ge 31�j and Book 66 at page 105 of the
<br /> mortgage records in the office of the Register of De�ds of Hall C�unty, Nebraska, �nd also'
<br /> one and the same persons as the Johan Hargens described in the mortgage release recorded
<br /> in Book 25 at pa�e 4�3 0� the real estate mortgage release and aesignment records of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, and �ras also one a,nd the same person� as the Johann Hargen� named in th�
<br /> assignment recorded in Book 2� a� page 14� of the real est�.te mortga�e releaseg and assigri-
<br /> ments records of Hall County, Nebraska; affiant further states that eaid Amelia Hargens
<br /> hereinbefore described, was one and '�he same persons as the Amalie Hargens, also known
<br /> as Mallie Hargens named as grantee in the warranty deed recorded in Book 73 at page b5� of
<br /> the deed records o� Hall County, T`�ebraska, and one and the same persons as the Amalie
<br /> Hargens named in the mortgage release recorded in Hook 2£� a� �age 6$1 of the real estate
<br /> mortgage release and. assignments record� of Ha11 �ounty, N�braska, affiant further states
<br /> tha� said Amelia Hargens, above-r�amed and describea, who was the owner of tne ab�v�-des-
<br /> cribed real estate under th� warranty deed recorded in Hook 73 at page 655 of th� deed
<br /> records of Hall County, ��ebraska, is on� and the same persona as the Amelia Hargens named
<br /> in the estate proceedings had in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein petition
<br /> for Letters of Administration were filed on Mareh 29, 1941, and in whic� proceec�ings a
<br /> decree of heirship was duly entered by Paul N.Kirk as Coun�y Judge on February 2�, 19�2.
