<br /> Southeast Quarter (S-�SE�) of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P. M. ,
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof and more particularly
<br /> described as follows: A rec�ang�alar piece of ground commencing at a point on the westerly
<br /> line of Lot 1 of County Sub_division of the South Half of the Boutheast Quar�er of Sectior�
<br /> 16, Township 11 North,Range 9, a distance of 17.2 feet southerly from the northwest corner
<br /> of said Lot, which said point is on a southerly Iine of Charles Street, running thence
<br /> no theasterly on a lin� parallel with the northerly line of said lot 56 feet, thence south-
<br /> erly at ribht angles 66 feet, thence westerly at rioht anglea 56 feet to the westerly line
<br /> of s�id 1ot, then northerl•y at rinht an�les 66 feet to point of beginning; that I am Pur-:
<br /> ther well acquainted with the ab�ve-described real estate and know tha.t said John Hargens
<br /> ?aa the owner of said real estate for ma.ny years prior to his death;
<br /> A� affiant, I further s�ate that I was personally well acquainted with Amelia Hargens
<br /> du in� her life time, who d�.ed at her nome in arand �sland, Nebraska, on the 25th day of
<br /> Ma eh, 1941, and at the time of her death was the owner. of tne above-described real estat�;
<br /> th � said Amelia Hargens was the widow of s�id John Hargens hereinbefore named and that
<br /> sa d Amelia Hargens was the wife of said John Hargens; that said Amelia Ha.r�ens is the
<br /> sa, e and identic�,l person as the Mary Amalie nargens named in the petition of Reimer �arg�ns
<br /> fi ed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 26, 1934, in the matter of the
<br /> Es ate of John Haxgens, decPased, and further is one and the same person as the Ama11e
<br /> Ha gens n�.med in the Last Will and T�stament of said John Hargens dated June 2, �925, as
<br /> hi wife, which Last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate by the County Court
<br /> of Hall County, j�ebraska, on August 21, 1934, and f urtner is one and the same pe.rson as
<br /> th Amalia Hargens named in the Final Decree of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> in tne ma.tter oP the Estate of John Hargens; •decPased, which decree was filed September 1F�,
<br /> 19 �j, and recorded in Book 6 oP Wi11s 'and Decrees at page 302 in tne office of the Register
<br /> of Deeds of Hall County, �ebraska.

<br /> wa the nt�rner of the Southeast Quarter ( SE4) and Easterly one-third of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> (E 1�3 'k�4d'�, ) of Section 2� in Township 12 North, R�nge 11, West of the hth P.M. ; that I am
<br /> ' fu �her w�ll acquaint�d with the above deecribed real estate and know �that said John Hargens
<br /> wa the owner of said real estate for many yea,rs prior to his death;
<br /> ' As af1'iant, I further state that I was peraonally_well acquainted with Amelia Hargens
<br /> du ing her life time, who died at her home in (�rand 1sland, Nebraska, on the 25th da.y of
<br /> Ma ch, 1941, and at the �ime of her death was the owner of the above-described real estate;
<br /> th t said Amelia Hargens was the widow of s€�id John �argens hereinbefore named and that
<br /> sa d Amelia Har�ens was the wlfe of sa.id John Hargens; that the Johann Har�;ens who took
<br /> ti le to the above-described real estate by warranty deed dated February 2�y, 1�96, and
<br /> re orded in Hook 22 at page 195 of the ]�eed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and who
<br /> ga e a mortgage on s�id land on Febru�ry 29, 1�96, which mortgage was duly recorded in
<br /> Bo k 25 a.t page 12'S of' the mort�age records oP Hall County, Nebraska, was the same and
<br /> id ntical person as the John Hargens described in the Will and Final Decree entered by the
<br /> Co nty Cc�urt of Hall County, Nebraska., on geptember 16, 1935 and recorded in Book 6 at page
<br /> 30 of the records of Wills and Decrees in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br /> Co nty, Nebraska.
<br /> As affiant, I further state tlzat �he Amalia Hargens who executed the mortga�e as one
<br /> of the mort��.g�rs dated February 29, ��96, and r.ecorded in Book 25 at page 125 of the
<br /> Mo tgage Records in Ha11 Cpunty, N�braska, is one and the same person as the said Amelia
<br /> Ha gens who died on March 25, 19�1, and whose estate is being administered in the County
<br /> Co rt of Hal1 County, Nebraska; that said Amelia riargens is the same and identical person
<br /> as the Mary Amalie Hargens named in the petition of Reimer hargens filed in the County
<br /> Co r� of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 26, 1934, in the matter of the EBtate af John
<br /> �H�, gens, deceased, and further is one and the sa.me person as the Amalie Hargeng named
<br /> in the L�.st �ill and Testament of said John Hargens dated June 2, 1925, as his wife, whlch
