<br /> We, t�e undersigned Appraisers, being disinterested resident free-holders of the Distrlet
<br /> of Nebra.s'_�a, and or��y two of us being residents of Hall County, Nebraska, in which said
<br /> county sa.id x�al es�ate lies, and none of us being inxerested in the same or like questions
<br /> as are bresented in this cause of action, and who constitute a Board of Appraisers to
<br /> assess a ,just compensation f'or the taking of the l�nd above-described, with full fee simple

<br /> view s�id lands hereinbefore described, have heretofore made and executed our written Oath

<br /> evidence relative �o, the value of the property sou�ht to be condemned by these proceedings,

<br /> parties the ri�ght arid opportunity to introduce evidence and to be heard on the law and the
<br /> facts with referenc� to this case, and particularly as to the value of the property sought

<br /> General �nd Hu�;h Di7�lon, surveyor for the State of Nebraska, Laie F. Campbell, in �erson
<br /> and �y his attorney, Harry Grimminger, Henry Ewoldt, in person, Mrs. (�eorge Harr, by her
<br /> husb�nd, George Harr, United States of America, by Joseph T.Votava, United Sta�es Attorney
<br /> for the D3.strict o.f �Pbraska, and Ben,jamin Wolfe, Supt. of the mvnitoring station, duly make
