<br /> Tt is understood that the title stands in the name of Federal Land Bank; that there ig
<br /> a balance due the Federal Land Bank, which is to be deducted out of the �290�.00.
<br /> The second party agrees that the first parties shall have and retain posseasion withaut
<br /> the p€�yment of any r�nt of said premises until March l, 1942.
<br /> �he first parties agree to pay the 1940 taxes, but the �axes for the year 19�1 are to
<br /> be paid by the second party.
<br /> It 1s f urther understood and agrPed that this transac�ion hae been negotiated by one
<br /> George Welch and that the said George �eleh is the agent of the second party, and any
