<br /> on hi� par� by giving to the Pirst parties on demand a chattel mortga�e upon �.11 or any
<br /> part of the crops grvwing or gathered on said premises during the said term, and iP th�;
<br /> said second party sha11 refuse or ne�gleet to give euch cha�tel mortgage upon demand, or if
<br /> he shall at any time giv� or attemp'� to giv� any other p�rson or persons any lien upon said
<br /> crops, or any part thereof, then this �ease ahall ther�by terminate, and the said first
<br /> parties may at once recover pos�ession of said premises and all cropa th�reon, and the said
<br /> second party shall in that �vent be neld and considered to have planted and cultieated said
<br /> crop for the benefit of the said Pirst parties, and shall be paid for such servicea as fol-
<br /> laws: Said first parties may sell said crop and the unexpired term for cash �.t a private
<br /> sale, or they may at their option, procur� �aid crops to be further cultivated, or gathered
<br /> and sald in such market as they m�.y see fit, and in either even'� the proc�eds thereof shall
<br /> be a�plied, first to '�he payment of �xpenaes incurred by the said Yirst parties in the
<br /> premises, including the time spent by him in conn�etion therewith; second, to the payment
<br /> of said rent; third, the r�mainder, if any, shall be paid to the seeond party Por his eer-
