<br /> Section 14. AGREEMENT NOT TO BE AS�I�NED.
<br /> The Licensee shall not sublet, in whole or in part, t'r.e �ighta hereby granted and shall
<br /> not assign this agreement without the Taritten consent of the Railroad Company, and it is
<br /> agreed that any transPer or assignment or attempted transfer or assignment oP this agree-
<br /> ment or any of the rights hereby granted, whether voluntary, oy operation of law, or
<br /> otherwise, without such consent in writing, snall be abaolutely void and, at the option
<br /> of the Railroad Company, shall terminate this agreement.
<br /> Section 15. EFFECTIVE DATE - TERM.
<br /> This agreement shall take effect as of the 23rd day of O�tober 1940, and shall con-
<br /> tinue in full force and effect until terminated as herein provided.
<br /> Section 16. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.
<br /> Sub�ject to the provisions of �ection 14 hereoP, this agreement snall be binding upon
<br /> and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective successors and assigns.
