<br /> Lloyd G.Thompson and Aimee R.Thompson, being first duly severally sworn, upon their
<br /> respective oaths de�ose and say that Courtesy Court Company, a corporation, was organized
<br /> in the year 1937; that Articles of Incorporation were filed with the County Clerk in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, on the 7th day of September, �937; that there were two atockholders in
<br /> said eorporation, to—wit: Lloyd G.Thompaon, (aPfian'�) and Aimee R.Thompaon,his wiPe; that
<br /> there was no atock ever issued, pledged, assigned, or transferred, to any other person;

<br /> that the purpose of said corporation was to do b�siness in Ha11 County, Nebraska, and said
<br /> corporation became the owner of Lots 1 and 2, and the easterly half of Lot 3, in Block 18,
<br /> in Baker' s Addition to the city of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebras�a, together with all
<br /> buildings and tenements thereon, and th.at said corporatian operated and conducted the
<br /> business of said cor�ora'Gion on said premises; that u�on the l�th day oP Februany;T9��, said
<br /> corporation was dissolved, a.nd on the 2nd day of March, �939, notice of dissolution was
<br /> filed in the office of the Secretary oY state of Nebraska, a photostatic copy of which is
<br /> attached hereto; that from the organization to the dissolution of said corporation, said
<br /> Lloyd G.�hc�mpson was the duly elected, qualified, and acting President, and Aimee R.Thompaon
<br /> was the duly elected, qualified, and acting secretary and Treasurer, and during all of eaid
<br /> time said L1.oyd �.Thomr�son and Aimee R.Thompson were the only directors and mana�ers oP the
<br /> affairs of said corporation, all acting last before the time of its dissolution; that at
<br /> the time of said dissolutlon the corporation had conveyed all its assets to Lloyd �.�'hompson
<br /> and Aimee R.Thompson, as evidenced bq a warrant deed recorded in Hook 79 at page 414, of the
<br /> deed record8 of Hall �ounty, j�ebraeka; that the corporation had no assets except said real
<br /> estate and buildings thereon and the personal property in said buildings; that the only
<br /> obli�ations of the corporation at �hat time were a mort�age to �'he First National Bank
<br /> oP Grand island,Nebraska, recorded in Book 74 at page �-1�, covering said premises, and a
<br /> mortgage to Nettie I.Thompson, covering said Uremises, and recorded in Book 75 at page 39�
<br /> of mortgage recorda of Hall County, 1`�ebraska; that both mortg�ges ha.ve besn paid and satie—
<br /> fied, as shown by the releases recorded in the office of the deed recorder of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska; that said corporation when dissolved owed no other debta, and had no outstanding
<br /> contracts and no eauses of action of any kind existing against it in Nebraska or elsewhere.
<br /> That all obllgations of' said corporation �rere pa1d� that said corporation is not in
<br /> exiatenee, and has transacted no business since 1ts diasolution, that all the ahares of
<br /> stock isaued by eaid corporation were owned and held by afPiants at the dissolution of said
<br /> cor�oration, and were surrendered and cancell.ed.
