<br /> Anna Leonardt,bearing interest from its date until paid at the rate of six per cent per '
<br /> annum, interest credited to June 1;1927, given in part nayment for and secured by the
<br /> vendor' s lien upon the west one-half of lot No.6 in block 6�,of the city of Cuero, in

<br /> DeWitt County, Texas, together with the vendor's lien securin� same,which said note and
<br /> lien are transferred and assi�ned to said wards in part p�yment of the legacies to them
<br /> hereinafter mentioned, and is accepted and received by me as guardian of the esta.tes of
<br /> said wards under and by authority of the order of the probate court ma.de and entered in
<br /> I'�� the matter of said guardianship, no.2072, on the probate docket oP the county court of
<br /> DeWitt County, Texas, on August 10, 1931, at a regular term of s�.id court,upon application �
<br /> for such authorit3� duly made and filed in said court,have remised,released, discharged
<br /> and acquitted, and by these presents do remise,release and Porever discharge and acquit
<br /> the said Bruno �.Leonardt, as Independent Executor of the Will of the Estate oP Mrs.Anna
<br /> Leonardt, deceased,and the other beneficiaries oP said will,and all of the�,�erty, real
<br /> and bersonal,belonging to said estate,of all elaims,rights, demands and interests which
<br /> the said wards,Herbert E.Leonardt,Jr. , and Henry F.Leon.ardt have or heretofore had by '
