<br /> sold or dispensed through or from the properties during the periad hereo�.

<br /> As rental for said �remises or properties, Lessor r�serves and Leasee covenants and
<br /> agrees to pay to Lessor the sum of ONE HtlN3?RED SEYENTY DOLLARS (�170.00) per month, pay-
<br /> able manthly in advance on or bePore the lst day oP each month durin� the term. As fur-
<br /> ther consideration for said propertles, Lessee agrees tc ha.ndle and market only the petra�-
<br /> leum prvducts and other produets manuPactured and mark�ted by L�saor during the term of
<br /> the Lease Agreement.
<br /> Lessor covenants and agrees to pay or cause to be paid all taxes of �rha�Cs�e`v'�r ,k:ind
<br /> or nature assessed against sa�id premises during the term hereof, and in the event oP
<br /> default, Lessee shall have the right to pay any such char�ea or aseessments from any rents
<br /> due or to become due in Pavor oP Lessor; and Lessee covenants and agrees to pay or cause
