<br /> Party wa11 Lease and Agreement made and entered into this 2�th day of May, 194U, by and
<br /> between M.Ruth Mitehell and her husband, D.y.Mitehell, the said M.Ruth Mitchell being the
<br /> present owner of the Westerly 4�� of Lot 5, BloOk 32 Orlginal Town, now t�ity oP Ci�rand Island,
<br /> hereinafter Parties oY the First Part. And John �.Nicholson and Vea'ta R.Nicholson, husband
<br /> and wiPe, and as Joint tenants, owners of the Ea.sterly 22� of Lot 5, Block 32, Original Town

<br /> �Pitnesseth: That whereas, Parties of the second Part wish to erect a building on the

<br /> bui�ding shall be located on the dividing line between the Westerly �� of Lot 5, Hlock 32,

<br /> oP both Parties herein contained and for the purpose of perpetuating of record the respec-

<br /> Lot 5, Block 32, Orlginal Town, now City o� (3rand Island,Nebraska, it is hereby stipulated
<br /> and agreed by and between the Parties hereto as f ollows:
<br /> 1. That the center Northerly and Southerly line of the Westerly wall of the buildin� to be
<br /> built on the Easterly 22 � of Lot 5, Block 32, Original Town, now City of arand Island is
<br />, placed on the dividing; line be�ween said premises and the Westerly 4�� of Lot 5, Block 32,
<br /> Ori�inal Town and that same ia constructed as a party wall and said Party V�all Lease and
<br /> Agreement is hereby recognixed, affirmed, ratified and confirme8 by the Parties hereto.

<br /> (�rand Island, Nebraska, so long as said Party Wall shall atand, with full and equal ri�hts
