<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Ha,rry C.Preisendorf and Helen Preisendorf, huaband and
<br /> wif e, of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, for �nd in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Twenty-five Hundred and No/100 Dollars, as a loan in hand paia to them by The Equitable
<br /> Building and Loan Association, of Grand Island, Nebraska, e corporation, and other good

<br /> transfer and set over to said Association, as collateral security for the duration of the
<br /> loan, all the rents, income and profits accruing upon tne following described property,
<br /> situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit: Lot 5,Block 53, Original
<br /> Town,now City of Grand Island, except a strip having a frontage of 2 Peet on Third Street
<br /> at the Southeasterly corner thereof, and extending Northerly �� feet; and also the North-
<br /> erly 4� feet o� Westerly 22 feet of Lot 9ix (6) in Hlock 53, Original Town, now City ot'
<br /> Grand Island, sub�ject to easement over the Easterly 12 feet tnereof;
<br /> And we hereby authorize and empower The Eauita.ble Building and Loan Association, of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebr�ska, its authorized agents and attorneys, ; to act Por us and rent the above
<br /> dPSCribed premises, and in our place collect and receipt for said rent, at such prices
<br /> and upon such terms as it maq see fit. It is further expressly stipulated that, if the
<br /> assignora, or their successors, occupy said premises during the existence of said loan,
<br /> the Assi�nee shall have the same rights of forfeiture, e,�ectment for forcible entry and ���

<br /> detainer, as such assignee mi�;ht have against any other tenant, who has no interest or �
<br /> title in and to said premises. The temporary waiver of the collection of the rents shall
<br /> not be conatrued as constituting a relinquishment of the ri�hts granted hereunder, which � ��

<br /> rights may be exercised at any time during th.e existence of the above mentioned mortgage �
<br /> or extension thereof. �
<br /> This assignment of rent being m�de for the express ��urpose of havin� said revenue applied �9,
<br /> to the re a ment of the above mentioned loan. �

<br /> Said Association may, in its discretion, use the rents so far as it ma.y deem necessary, �
<br /> �
<br /> for the �urpose of making such repairs upon the vremises as, in its �udgment may be p�
<br /> `` �proper and may use said rents so far a.s ne�essary for the payment of insua.nce uremiums '
<br /> and taxes upon said premises. Zt shall also have authority to deduct from said rents � � ,
<br /> a fair compensation, to be payab_le to said Association' s Agents, for services rendered
<br /> in the collection of said rents; the balance to be applied upon the payment of monthly
<br /> installments upon said loan.
