��� <br /> �� ������ l�l �� '�J � ��� ��� �L <br />� 17604—The Auguatine Co., County 3uppliea, Grand Island, Nebr. <br /> RESOLUTION OF FEDER-AL NATIONAL MOR2GAGE ASSOCIATION <br /> WHEREAS, it is desirable, in order to Pacilitate the transaction of business of the <br /> Association, to authorize and direct certain of its officers to execute on its behalf and <br /> in its name certain documents; <br /> RESOLVED, Tha.t the President and any Vice President of �he AssociatSon, and each of <br /> them, be and hereby severally are authorized to designate and a ppoint agents and attorneys- <br /> in-fact, with the powers hereinafter enumerated, to act t�or and on behalf and in the name <br /> of the Association, and said President and any Vice President, and each of them, hereby <br /> severally are authorized to execute written powers of attorney in the name of the Associa- <br /> tion, making, constituting, and appointing such agents and attorneys, or any one or more <br /> of them, true and lawful agents and attorneys for the Association, with power and authority <br /> for and in the name and atead of the Association; <br /> l. To purchase or contract to purchase mortgages insured by the Federal Housing Ad- <br /> min�.strator under the provisions of Section 203 of Title 11 of the National Housing A�t, <br /> ae amended, or to modify and/or consent to the modification of any such contract; <br /> 2. To endorse without recourse, or assign without representation, recourse or war- <br /> ranty,� any note, bonc�, check or other evidence of indebtedness now or hereafter held by <br /> the Associati�n; <br /> 3. To satisfy, discharge or release in any legal manner, any chattel mortgage, real <br /> estate mortgage, deed of trust, security deed, or collateral of whatsoever kind or nature, <br /> securing any note, bond or other evidence t'i�' indebtedness no�a or hereaPter held by the <br /> Association. <br /> �. To assign without representation, recourse or warranty, any chattel mortgage, real <br /> estate mortgage, deed of trust, security deed, or collateral of whatsoever kind or nature, <br /> ' securin� any note, bond or other evidence of indebtedness now or hereafter held by the <br /> Association; <br /> 5. To assi�gn, surrender, release, modify and/or consent to the assignment, surrender, <br /> release and/or modification of any pollcy oP insurance and/or any rights arising out of <br /> any policy of insurance of which the Association now is or hereafter shall become the as�'.....°�� <br /> signee, benePiciary or the insured, or in which the Association now has or hereafter shall <br /> have any interest of any kind or nature; and to execute proof of loss, proof oP death, <br /> statement of claimant and/or any other instrument in connection wlth any such policy o�' <br /> insurance and/or any rights arising th�refrom; <br /> 6.
