<br /> and without giving bond on sale of real estate therefor, the real estate hereinafter des-

<br /> Thousand and No�100 ��5,000.00) Dollars and has been sold by your Trustee to Edward Huwaldt
<br /> and Ruth A.Huwaldt, his wife, as �oint ten�.nts and not as ten�nts in common, at pri�ate
