R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors, in regular ses-
<br /> sion assembled, at the Courthouse, in Grand Island, Hal1 County, Nebraska, this
<br /> ;�r 2nd da.y of March, 1961, as follows:
<br /> WI-�REAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, at
<br /> a Tax Foreclosure Sale, did purchase real estate, to-wit: Lot E'�aht (8), in Block
<br /> Fourteen (14), i:n La,mbertTS Addition to the City of Grand Isla.nd, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and
<br /> WI�ItEAS, the County Board of Supervisors paid a total of $10.00 for the
<br /> aforementioned real estate, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Jose A. Ramirez has offered to pay the swn of $10.00 for the
<br /> aforementioned lot as a purchase price, and
<br /> WHEREA,S, the Hall County Board of Supervisors has determined that the
<br /> aforementioned price as a fair and reasonable price for said real estate, and
<br /> ��EAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors has determined that a sale
<br /> of said real estate would be in the best interest of the people of the County of
<br /> Hall, State of Nebraska,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, that Sam L. Pletcher, Chairma.n of the Ha11 County Board
<br /> of Supervisors, be requested and demanded to convey, sign and deliver a Quitclaim
<br /> Deed .covering the aforementioned land to the said Jose A. Ramirez.
